The purpose of www.sandalon.gr is to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, you have the right to withdraw, which is described in detail below. You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the products. The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, starts from the next day that you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) obtain the physical possession of the purchased goods. Product returns

In case of mistake of our company

We fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs. In all cases in which other than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity or there is a missing property which has been previously agreed in writing with our store, the customer returns the products for inspection and ascertainment of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the store as well as the costs of returning to the customer are borne by our store as long as, after consultation, the return method proposed by the company is observed.

Only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing or electronically and the company will send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it arrives. The consumer must, within fourteen (14) days from the day he notified the company of his request for withdrawal, return the product (s) in accordance with the terms of this paragraph. In case the product has a defect

Replacement is made in consultation with our company. Returns are accepted by arrangement only if the products are unused and in their original condition. In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, if this is confirmed by the company providing the warranty, the following applies: The return of the product to be replaced must be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. invoice, retail proof, etc.) and its complete packaging. The return of the products will be done either by courier or in our store. In cases of return, the customer bears the cost of shipping to our company and the company bears the cost of shipping the replaced or repaired product. After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then contacted to inform him about the results of the check. If the defect is found, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in case the product can not be repaired in a reasonable time and the company can not find another product of similar or better characteristics or equivalent value for replacement. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to the company. Products Change Policy

In our store you have the opportunity to return the product you bought, or received as a gift and replace it with another. Changes are accepted on all business days of the week and within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. In case of personal purchase, you must have with you the document, receipt or invoice. In the case of a gift, the change card contained in the gift box is required. All return and refund costs are borne by the customer. Refunds from the company are not possible.
